- If you are enquiring about work or training we may request references, your CV, proof of identity and DBS

- Provide you with advice, support and services in relation to dyslexia and other neurodiverse conditions in education or the workplace
- Send you information that we think may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving these at any time.

- We will hold your information for as long as is needed to provide you with the services that you have requested.
- We are required to keep diagnostic assessment reports up to the age of 25 for children under 18 or for 7 years for adults.
